The vulnerable state of my client readily brings to mind that I can happen to anybody, therefore to show gratitude and appreciation to God, is by demonstrating kindness and special care to the challenged people. During the period of live in in a care home the intimacy creates the realisation of God's mercy and grace that this appreciation brings to bear the needs to pay more attention to the need to be more patient in bringing some comfort to the service users in their current states.
