I have spent over nine years working as a Personal Assistant in private
households. During this time, I have supported individuals living with a
variety of health conditions, working closely with them in their day-to-day
lives.
I have gained strong skills in personal care, including catheter care and
bowel care, as well as providing daily support. I have assisted with
physiotherapy-prescribed exercises, daily activities, outings, attending
appointments, shopping, and offering companionship and emotional support.
