I am trying to return to work after a very long job break. My search, however, is not imbued with desperation or searching for anything job. I would like the tasks which I will be to do will not be just activities from time X to time Y. It may to some people will thinking about like a truism but I would like that my new job would develop me, that I would learn something new at subsequent stages of it.
I have a lot of determination, faith in my own abilities and power, which no one wants to see because they do not fit into the rigid framework of recruitment processes.
I aware that most employer bit afraid to employ person such as am I, without references. I know which point currently I am and I'm raeady to slowly, step by step re-build my career, and show own value.
