I have experience doing medication, monitoring weight looking at individuals, health concerns reporting it to other medical professionals and helping improvements in health. Supporting people with personal care. I have experience working with safeguarding reducing risks and hazards to health for example with hygiene and moving and handling. I am a positive enthusiastic person that is willing and due diligent in helping others with good communication and I enjoy working in health care.
