I assisted with meal preparation, feeding where required, and ensured hydration and nutritional needs were met. I applied prescribed creams and skincare treatments and monitored for any signs of pressure sores or skin breakdown.

I maintained accurate daily care notes, reported any concerns or changes in condition to senior staff promptly, and followed safeguarding procedures at all times. I adhered strictly to infection control policies and used PPE appropriately to ensure the safety of clients and myself.
