I am an experienced health care support in health and social care for adults and young people. Many years of experience working in general Hospitals and working with people with mental health conditions. I’m registered QCF level 2 in social care with the SCW. I take pride in value every individual with respect and dignity, put them, in the centre of care, and support them, to achieve their goals or, what matters most to them.
I work well together with colleagues and as a member of a team working towards agreed outcomes in the individuals best interests.
My reports and record keeping is good and precise and updated on a regular bases.
