I am a hard-working individual with a polite and caring nature. I have experience in person centered care and I have the skills and qualities to support vulnerable individuals with their needs ensuring they receive the best possible care promoting their independence, providing physical and emotional support, teaching life skills and assisting with health care needs. I have worked with individuals who have learning disabilities, epilepsy, autism, mental health, challenging behaviour, communication difficulties and complex health needs to live independently. I get great satisfaction when it comes to helping others. I find being a support worker/carer a very rewarding job, no matter how challenging I strive to make a positive difference to one’s life.
