Hi there ,my name is James O'Donnell ,i have worked in social care for over 20 yrs in a variety of settings ,i have supported clients who have physical disabilities who were wheel chair users and used aids such as hoists .
for a number of years i supported people in their own homes enabling them to lead a full and independent life , my duties included cooking, cleaning ,personal care ,support with dressing and accompanying the client to doctors ,hospital appointments and social events.
at the moment i work with Glasgow city council social work services in a residential homeless project for 16 to 21 yr olds .
i am a fit hard working ,reliable person ,who gets on well with people ,i work well on my own ,dealing with emergency situations in a calm and professional manner .
