I denote myself as a person who works well in teams as well on my own. I am very social and like to get in touch with new people and environments. Have been working as a health care assistent at a nursing home for the past 3 years. I see the impact nutrition has on the mental and physical state of a person and the changes that can be implemented to increase a persons well being, the changes at times are few but the impact can be immense, I recently took a online study to increase my expertise in geriatrics.
I consider myself to be organized, disciplined , motivated , critical , able to cope with stress but most of all I have a passion for nutrition and health.
