Worker and Live-in Carer, I have developed strong practical and interpersonal skills in personal
care, mobility support, medication assistance and record-keeping. I always strive to treat each
person as an individual and build trusting, respectful relationships. Currently, I also volunteer as a
Hospital Ward Assistant within the NHS, where I continue to develop teamwork, communication
and observation skills in a clinical environment. This experience has strengthened my
