I previoulsy did my home based care practicals at a dissability centre for children. it was an 8 hour shift in which i had to provide holistic care by feeding, bathing, grooming,check and recording of vital signs, massaging, bed making and etc. I will be perfect for this vacancy because i am able to resovle conflicts amongst staff memebers, creat an inclusive environment and a group dynamic.
