I have previously
worked as a mature and dedicated employee, for Bupa, and NHS medical assessment unit Plymouth and H.M. Forces in Germany.
During my time in Germany I worked in a medical centre within an army base, My
responsibilities were dealing with pre medical checks for service personnel prior to their
deplo yment on exercise.
I was employed by Bupa initially as a Senior Carer but was promoted
to team leader shortly afterwards. My duties involved the running of a residential unit,
including the distribution of prescribed drugs, attending doctors rounds, risk
assessments and the daily life care of the elderly. This enabled my team and I to work in a
smooth and efficient manner , ensuring a high level of care for
residents.
I was also involved with certain residents’ end of life care. This required a high degree of
empathy, compassion regarding the patient’s family,
I enjoy responsibility and I’m comfortable working alone or as part of a team as
circumstances dictate.
