I am a private carer self, employed for more than 6 years, l have working with people with dementia, with disabilities, palliative care, and end of life peoples. My work has always been person-centred, with a focus on dignity, independence, and enhancing quality of life. I have worked privately as well as alongside organisations, building trust with clients and families while ensuring safe and compassionate care. I helping with washing, bathing, and dressing. Assisting with toileting and continence care. Medication management, including prompting and administering medication. Supporting with mobility, including using hoists and other aids. Preparing meals and drinks. Light housework, such as cleaning and laundry. l do shopping, Companionship and definitely Emotional Support for all my clients.
