I am passionate about helping older individuals live their lives with dignity, comfort, and as much independence as possible. I’ve seen firsthand how the right care can significantly enhance the quality of life for older people. For example, in my previous role, I assisted a senior who had limited mobility but loved gardening. By setting up a small raised garden bed and working with him to plant flowers, I was able to support his independence and well-being. I’m drawn to the organisation because I believe I can make a similar meaningful impact to the lives of your clients.
