I am genuine and honest, have good communication skills and enjoy connecting with people and providing a service. Whether that is in a care setting or administration capacity, I bring to the role my full attention, warmth and enthusiasm and a desire to help however I can. In recent years I enjoyed gaining experience as a manager both from an organisational skills perspective and learning to manage people and situations in complex and challenging times, in a caring, supportive and person centred way. I have worked as a live in nanny/housekeeper and have over six years experience working with the elderly, adults with learning disabilities or physically disabled clients in their own homes. I am a person centred counsellor and have completed First Aid and Moving and Handling courses and have a current DBS on the update service.
