I am a retired registered general nurse and have had many years clinical experience both within the NHS and in social care - including caring for clients with Dementia.
I would like to continue to work in a care environment - in a 'non-clinical' setting on a one-to-one basis with clients in their own home as I believe I would enjoy this dimension of care. I am a caring and compassionate person where the well-being of my patients and/or clients has always been my most important consideration and believe I have much to offer someone for whom I care.
As previously mentioned - I have retired from nursing now - and am seeking a 'non-nursing' position but in a care environment as I do enjoy the opportunities that one-to-one caring is able to provide and enjoy immensely the interaction and rapport with clients for whom I care.
I also believe that my previous experience in nursing would be beneficial in many respects for clients as it is rewarding for me to know that I have made a meaningful difference to someone's 'lived experience' on any given day.
I have been retired for several months and would be available to start at a time suitable for you. Salary range would be negotiable which we could discuss at the interview stage if this is agreeable for you.
