My name is John and I am originally from South London but I have also lived and worked abroad for many years
I've had an assortment of jobs all of which shared the theme of one to one support. I spent 5 years caring for my mother in her last years which left a lasting impression on me. I went on to work in hospitality for several years and was based in the several before becoming a live-in care giver/PA in Brighton which I have been doing for the past 2 years supporting complex needs.I also taught English as a foreign language for many years where I helped prepare my students for studying abroad.
I'm well-travelled, perceptive, empathetic and capable of foreseeing potential problems before they arise and orgnised. I can hold discussions about most subjects and my curiosity feeds my drive for learning new things while trying to maintain a creative approach to life. I very much believe we all have so much to learn from one another if we are open to it.
English is my mother tongue but I'm also fluent in Greek.
