I have worked at Guild Lodge Forensic Mental Health Hospital, St George’s Mental Health Hospital (Newcastle) and Wellsprings Mental Health Hospital (Taunton) as a Health Care Support Worker and I provided good care practice for the service users within the hospitals when I have been doing, ensuring that the service users are adequately supervised and checked throughout the day at all times. I also participated in the fulfilment of material and domestic needs of the service users such as bathing, toileting, dressing, bed making and handling personal documents and finances. I also assisted the service users to deal with behavioural difficulties and i helped maintain any medical procedures required to promote the health of the service users.
