I am a physically fit young man and I have experience working with SEN children (1:1s and groups) and taking care of them in multiple schools as well working in two mainstream schools.
My experience as a sales assistant developed my ability to talk to people, and especially strangers due to the circumstance of the job. My pay in this job was good, but it was entirely commission based so if I wasn't getting sales, I'm not going to be getting paid. And again this ties back to me being able to handle pressure. Due to these circumstances, I had no choice but to adapt and get good at convincing people to swap to Scottish Power and getting 10+ sales a week which is why my customer service skills are excellent.
Furthermore, I am a fantastic team player, but just as equally, I can also work just as hard independently.
