As a Healthcare assistant, I have been able to support patients with different care needs with both physical and mental health issues.
I managed to assist with personal care, medication administration,I managed to assist diabetic, stroke , hypertension, early onset dementia, learning disabilities , autism , catheter, palliative and adhd patients. I have also been able to assist patients with mobility issues with activities of daily living that include taking them
to GP appointments.im suitable for the role because I'm friendly, empowering and innovative.
