A hardworking public health postgraduate student with about two years of domiciliary care experience: in the past, I have worked with adult service users with different health issues, including dementia, Parkinson's', and Multiple sclerosis, but for the past year, I have been working with a 34-year-old disabled lawyer who has multiple sclerosis, amongst other things. I assist all service users with personal care, food preparation, medication control or reminders if necessary, domestic chores, shopping etc as well as being a friend and an advocate for them during communications with other health professionals to ensure their message or needs are conveyed clearly.I believe strongly in ethics,health protection, and prevention and always seek to ensure that my decisions have been well-informed. Alongside my degree in public health which Im almost done with, I also have qualifications in business management and social sciences. I also have an insurance cover with Surewise Insurance.
