I am a highly motivated and compassionate Support worker with 29 years of experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN) such as ‘Autism’, ‘Global Developmental Delay’,‘Cerebral Palsy’, ‘Speech & Language Delay’, ‘PMLD’ (Profound Multiple Learning Difficulty) and ‘Complex Medical Needs’ across various age groups and associated children /adults care services. . I also have diverse work experience such as live in carer, fostering, family based short break services, after school clubs, childminder/nannying and more. Currently I have been working for an agency in mainstream school for two years (as Teaching Assistant)). I am passionate about helping disabled children/adults and their families in their’s homes. I support and assist them with the crucial support/help they need in order to thrive at home and in their’s communities.
