I have been working in both frontline care and administrative roles which deliver person centred care to vulnerable and elderly people for over 10 years now. My first experience of this can be attributed to the role I undertook as an SEN Learning Support Assistant, supporting a child living with multiple profound disabilities, I found ways to increase confidence and trust daily. Since undertaking this role, I have obtained up to a NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and progressed into a role as a Care Coordinator.
