What drew me to Independent People is how you match Carers with clients who share similar interests. I think that creates a much more positive and supportive home environment, which is so important.
I might not have years of experience with agencies, but I'm a very motivated and caring person who genuinely enjoys helping others. I'm good at keeping track of things, managing medications, whipping up meals, and of course, being a good companion. Plus, I'm a great listener and know how to build rapport with people.
