I am an enthusiastic, organised, compassionate and experienced carer. After many years in the Corporate field, I decided to train to become an holistic therapist 19years ago.
I enjoy a variety of tasks within a role and communication is key to a healthy working relationship. I am also a qualified diet and nutrition consultant. I enjoy cooking and making healthy smoothies/juices.
I keep fit and enjoy outdoor life. I practice meditation and breath work on a regular basis.
I had had vast experience of care work, much of which involved assisting on visits to America, Germany and Switzerland Health Clinics.
Currently, I assist clients with pain management and tension/stress relief. My knowledge of the lymphatic, muscular system, has allowed me to help alleviate pain from clients too.
I thoroughly enjoy helping to enhance ones quality of life.
