I’m Marcus I have worked in care for the past 20 years and I’m proud to achieve Nvq level two in social care .
Prior to that I worked in the building industry restoring historic buildings but when it came to a career change, I found social care was for me. Making a difference to somebody’s day, being kind and caring, sympathetic and understanding , respecting ensuring dignity at all times is so important to me.
