I hold an NVQ4 in Health and Social Care and Leadership and Management. My last job was a manager for a service with 11 men enduring different levels of mental health and 10 team members. I have had the opportunity of working in the care sector for 12 years both in live in care, residential, outreach, out of hours services in services such as mental health, drug and alcohol,homeless and tenancy sustainment and learning. disability.
I possess transferrable skills and have excellent interpersonal skills which have enabled me to deliver high quality service. I have used my good communication and active listening skills to treat service users with respect, as individuals,and use their personalised care plans.
