I am a hard working individual, with good communication skills who works effectively in a team and has the ability to meet deadlines. I like working with people around the world and learning about there back ground. I have worked in care most of my life and I have been very lucky working in different types of settings and field. I have a wide rang of skills and experience I would like to share with new or old individuals who is working in care. Working in a team is very important to me because to become successful in a job, it is important to share each others skills, knowledge and experience. It is important to show the value of working together and receiving that help and support from others as team players. Communication is also a key when working in a team.
