Im the person who working under the self employed rules cause my special kind of visa requrietments need it. I would like to work as a payroll status but my kind of visa force me to work with self employed rules.

Given my current work arrangement and my visa status with (right to work-attached documentcs) allow to work with you Self Employed. This change would allow me to issue invoices for my services, offering potential tax benefits and cost savings for the company. This way, you can deduct my invoices as business expenses.
I am committed to maintaining the same quality and consistency in my work. I believe this arrangement would be mutually beneficial and enhance our working relationship.
