My name is Joanne, I am the mother of 2 grown children with 15+ years experience in delivering and managing social care services. I was a registered manager with the CQC for over a decade, responsible for 300 clients, many of whom received live in care. I have a good sense of humour, common sense and a keen awarenes of the needs of those around me. i am a natural carer, administrator and coordinator. I am conscientious and knowledgeable of social care related government regulations and best practice. i am a trained trainer and assessor to level 3 grade and hold a post graduate diploma in Adult social care management. I champion safety, autonomy and choice. I am well travelled and speak Greek to a conversational level. I am a good cook, prefering natural, healthy foods wherever the budget allows.
