I am writing to you to submit my application for the position of support worker at your facility. I'm excited to talk about my candidacy, as I believe I can bring a lot to the role.
In my current role, I've helped with both care and administrative work. I have helped our clients with their day-to-day tasks, shopping, deescaltion from challenging behaviour and with their medications. I have also cooked or helped cook meals and helped design meal plans for patients with diabetes or similar restrictions, together with help from nurses. This has made me an effective and compassionate communicator who knows how to actively listen.
