I am a dedicated and motivated carer with wide experience in healthcare settings. Recently I just completed Basic Care trainings, PMVA (prevention and Management of Voilence and Aggression), SIA Door supervision and CCTV Operator.
I am a good communicator having excel in developing good working relationships with my colleagues, and therapeutic relationship with my patients and their families.
I am Absolute Confident of myself in learning and carrying out duties as required by the Trust, knowing fully well Complaince with Trust Values must be demostrated professionally,within and around my roles.
I have great understanding of confidentiality and I am aware that patient's information, with their permission, should only be shared with those who are directly involved in their care.
I am open minded, honest and dependable. My schedule is flexible and I can easily adapt to the demands of my work.
