I have worked with people with dementia and chronic conditions and have provided end of life care. Recently I provided care for my client at home who sadly passed away however, I was able to provide good standard level or care and worked within a multidisciplinary team made up of doctors, occupational therapists and family members to provide the client with the best possible care.
I have worked in client homes and have taken clients on respite on trips and holidays. I have experience in personal hygiene for clients including toilet and bathing, cooking, cleaning and administrative tasks.
