I'm empathetic Support Worker with more than 12years of experience in providing both hospital and in the community day to day life. Experienced in dealing with children, Adolescences, elderly, all with different challenges which includes mental health, challenge behaviour, eating disorder, I have also experience working in school supporting learning disabilities and Autism children and young children from school to their residential within the School set up. I can adopt any changes within the organisation, I'm humbled and always work as part of the team. I work and make decision based on Individual Personal centred planning.
