I am Ben and 35 years old. I have been working in manufacturing for the past 3-4 years but I want a change and feel its not the right type of work for me. I feel care work would suit my personality a lot more. I am naturally a caring person and an ISTJ personality type. I have safeguarding training and a current DBS. I also can drive and cook and have personal attributes that I believe would help me in the role. I am willing to undertake all the necessary training required for the role and happy to travel nationwide for work.
