I am professional, diligent, meticulous, empathetic and discreet with a calm disposition, good sense of humour and, confident in adapting to different needs and routines, as well as bringing a lot of heart and common sense to each position.

I have extensive knowledge and experience including Motor Neurone Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Alzheimers, Dementia including vascular and Lewy Body, stroke/TIA, Parkinsons, Arterial Fibrillation, COPD, arthritis, mental health disorder, anxiety, depression.

I wholly appreciate I am in a persons private home and assure you of the utmost respect, dignity and integrity. I strive for excellence at all times and promote as much independence as possible, as well as providing complete peace of mind to those I am caring for and, their family.

I thoroughly enjoy my work and have felt an unmatched level of fulfilment and satisfaction throughout, not only in that each position requires such a high level of trust but, you can make such a difference in peoples lives.

I enjoy the great outdoors and wildlife, walking, National Trust and English Heritage, history, gardening, conversation, singing and music, current affairs and the theatre. I also enjoy all aspects of equestrianism, tennis, skiing and scuba, the Royal Navy and Royal Air Force (my father and brother both served).

I am an avid animal lover and experienced with horses, dogs and cattle. I am also very well-travelled and happy to engage in all that is held dear and enjoyed by whom I am working with.

I am comfortable in rural locations, which has often been the case, a competent driver with my own vehicle and a clean driving licence. I am also happy and capable to drive any vehicle that may be provided for the position.
