My strong interest lies in supporting and caring for those who are vulnerable. In my years of experience, I have worked at a residential care home, I enjoyed caring for people and want to make a difference in their lives. Therefore I believe that if am allowed to work as an HCA it will allow me to fulfil my ambition. While working as a care assistant at Passion Community Health Care, I learned how to interact, and talk to patients with different conditions, concluding the ones who can’t communicate verbally and their families. It’s important to make patients and families feel welcomed, safe, and comfortable as much as possible. I also learned that a patient's mood changes as they go through different stages emotionally, and it's important for health care professionals to help them cope with their situation.
