My name is Nellie Straus. I will be honoured to be your Helper/Carer. I bring with me a genuine passion for providing compassionate support and assistance to service users. As a Helper I believe in treating each individual with respect, dignity and empathy, understanding that every person has unique needs and preferences.

I have had the privilege of working for various clients, where I have especially gained valuable experience and honed my skills for the past seven years. Before that I worked as a Travel Specialist and a PA for more than ten years. I therefore understand the importance of building trust and forming meaningful connections with clients and I am committed to delivering high-quality care that enhances the clients quality of life.

I'm empathetic and compassionate. Very calm, patient and smiley. A good listener, caring and thoughtful. I love to see the positive effect that my care has on my client's life at the end of the day. I am experienced with practical experience in general companionship, different stages of dementia, stroke paralysis, brain/spinal injuries, palliative care, incontinence, catheters, full personal care, Parkinson's, Spinal, End of life care. I liaise very well with family and health professionals to ensure that my client receives the best care possible. I like to spend my spare time reading motivational books and inspirational books, surfing online, listening to music, cooking healthy food and keeping fit.
