I find it easy to listen to and understand people’s needs; being organised and able to manage my time effectively means I stay on top of tasks and am always on time for meetings and appointments. Caring for my mother has created a desire in me to help make a positive difference in people’s lives. In doing so, I have learnt how to be patient and how to support them with their needs whilst ensuring their dignity and independence are of utmost importance.
