I am a compassionate,hard working and dedicated person. l intend to keep helping the patients that have no capacity to do their personal hygiene in the aspect of feeding, bathing ,dressing ,etc., In my role as healthcare assistant l assisted in managing a challenging service. l support service users in expressing their needs, views and concerns in order for the service users to make choices ,decisions and to participate in planning and decision making processes. I support the patients with clear communication and promote self esteem and encourage the service users to gain independence in performing their daily activities.
I assist my client to appointments and take them out for social engagement which contributes improvement in both emotional and psychological wellbeing. By doing this the clients are supported to participate in activities outside their homes thereby promoting inclusiveness and empowerment where required.
