I would fit into this role because I am caring, empathetic, compassionate, a team player who wishes to make a difference in the lives of the people we support. Also, I am versatile and believe that every individual is different which means that support must be tailored to suit each person's personality and needs. Furthermore, I can easily learn, adopt and adapt into ways that are: designed to help in the smooth running of any organisation I find myself working for.
My experience as a homemaker again, makes me real, down to earth, naturally able to identify risks, hazards and adopt strategies to keep them from happening.
