I have worked with clients who wal disabilities, dementia, alhzemiers and mental health issues in different settings such as nursing homes, private homes as a live- in carer. hospitals and palliative care in their homes. My duties involved, patient centered care, cleaning,shopping, ordering prescription medication , handling clients money , bathing,feeding, going for walks, taking clients to eat out , driving clients around and other activities
