Providing the best care to vulnerable adults and children is something l am passionate about. My first instant where I had to care for someone was when I had to look after my grandmother when she was taken ill until when she passed away. I did activities such as talking to her and assisting her with eating. My experience has moved me to continue to help through volunteering in my community.
After my secondary school education, I gained experience of caring for the elderly through helping the elderly in my church community with their grocery shopping housekeeping and laundry. In my current career choice, as an audit clerk, I have learnt how to work on my own or as part of a team. This has helped me become an effective communicator, have an open mind, and to pay attention to detail.
As a volunteer in the community, I have had the privilege of assisting with day to day living requirements of children with physical abilities at an orphanage in my community.
