I am a person who naturally has empathy and compassion for the clients that are in my care, I strive to do my absolute best and give high-quality care at all times. I am also an individual who is very attentive and observant making sure that anything that is out of the ordinary is reported or acted upon with urgency. I place importance on my duty of care to ensure the well-being of clients is always a top priority. I am also very proactive when I am working individually or as part of a team. Patience is one of the traits that is my strength, I understand that working in healthcare, it is crucial to be patient especially when working with elderly patients or patients with complexities such as dementia. Last, but not least, I am a person who has a lively personality, and a good sense of humor, this is especially important because this has helped me build meaningful relationships with those who are in my care.
