I became interested in working in the role of Live in Carer because of my strong ability to provide an excellent personalised care service and my endless passion for enhancing people’s overall health, nutritional and physical fitness status and for helping them to stay well and independent, manage their own health in the long term and to live an active and vibrant life.
I find it very natural to show compassion, empathy and understanding, be patient, and bring a positive and caring attitude to my work. Putting myself in my clients’/patients’ shoes and their wishes at the centre of what I do, understanding their likes and dislikes and acting in their best interest, has always been for me the key to connecting and establishing trusting relationships with them, resulting in their strong overall happiness and high satisfaction.
