I am a hard working and experienced Care assistant. I bring a comprehensive set of skills that I believe will be valuable to your company. In my Support Worker and Care Assistant role, I expressed my abilities in providing care to people with varying learning disabilities, challenging behavior and end of life care. My duties included meal planning and preparation, patient observation and total nursing care through checking and recording vital signs, fostering positive behavior through rehabilitation programs which facilitates a very strong foundation for the Caregiver/Healthcare Assistant position.
