The reason I am applying for this post is I feel that my years in care work experience will be valued, I have experienced on all aspects of care at all levels from support worker to Team Leader. I am a person with a lot of patience and am willing to learn, and also willing to listen to others’ ideas. I have good time management, good communication skills and good leadership skills, I work well in a team environment my enthusiasm motivates other team members. My objective is to enhance the residents’ lives giving them independence and quality of life.
