I've been in the care industry for nearly 30 years and 19 of those have been live in care I do not drive but am quite willing and able to get myself from placement to placement as I always have. The care i provide comes with a very high standard and a good knowledge of diets, administering medication and being able to liaise well with local gps and District nurses and working as a team. Amongst all ,showing sympathy, empathy , kindness and always keeping the clients dignity. Keeping good routines ,and motivating the client into daily life with laughter , fun and a companion to do it with. Excellent notes and mar charts kept updated on a daily basis.
