My experience working with adult and children, I was task with the responsibility of assisting with feeding and personal care, engage residents with their favorite activities on one-to-one basics and care for the aged the sick and unprivileged.
With the children, I have worked with Autism support and advocate initiative with responsibility helping in shadowing an autistic child, provide assistance of life skills for instance such as brushing of teeth and wearing of clothes, also assist the child with social skills for instance how to play with other kids and how to ask things nicely.
Working within this period of time was a learning and knowledge contributing period for me where everyone was treated differently in respect with their preferences.
