I am writing to you with regard to the care assistant position that I saw advertised on the Indeed website. I wish to submit my application, as I believe I am an excellent candidate for the role. I have considerable experience working in care homes, and I would love to work at an establishment as reputable as yours.
I have worked in three different care homes in both Dorset and Somerset. In this time, I have greatly developed my interpersonal and communication skills. Consequently, I never struggle to understand those in my care nor do I struggle to make myself understood. I develop excellent relationships with both residents and staff, which is helped by my extremely friendly and approachable demeanour. I have helped the elderly in both care homes and within a home setting.
